  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery. In the event of a damaged product, please inform the delivery personnel and refuse to accept the parcel. Once you accept the package, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

  3. Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, we would like to emphasize that we do not have a money-back or refund policy. This applies to both cancellations before shipment and instances where the customer denies acceptance of the parcel upon delivery. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before making a purchase decision.

  4. Multiple Replacements: Please note that we only offer a one-time replacement for damaged items. We do not provide multiple replacements for the same order or offer refunds for any reason apart from the aforementioned damaged product scenario.
